Career Leverage
Career leverage increases when you can independently move projects from ambiguity to decision. When roles consolidate and organizations restructure, the people who survive are rarely the ones who were most specialized in a single discipline. They are the ones who could create value across multiple areas and adapt when the environment changed. Leverage comes from being able to unblock yourself.
